Bristol’s Multi-disciplinary Sex & Relationships and Substance Misuse Training Programme

We offer a number of training courses for those working with young people in Bristol. The courses aim to increase workers’ confidence and skills to respond appropriately to young people’s queries, refer them to appropriate sources of support and advice and to carry out effective sex and relationships and substance misuse work. All the courses are free of charge and are facilitated by members of a multi-agency sex and relationships and substance misuse trainers’ network.

Our current courses are listed below. To find out more about each course and to apply online just click on the course you are interested in:

Please note: These courses are free but if you find you cannot attend, you must let us know before 9 am on the day before the course or you will be charged £50 for full- day course and £25 for half-day course.

Our training programme is delivered in partnership with Healthy Schools and Opening Doors.
