Teens & Fertility
4YP have been working in partnership with Brook Bristol, sexual health consultants and Public Health nurses to create new fact sheets for young people around fertility.
The fact sheets, to be used as part of a 1-2-1 conversation or as part of group work, were created as a result of research but also requests from 4YP venues. An emerging issue is that young people are ‘testing’ their fertility and having unprotected sex to see whether they are fertile. However, this can lead to unplanned pregnancies and STIs.
They are intended to be as accessible as possible & cover some of the most common concerns that young people have.
