There to listen, not to tell
All 4YP services are confidential. This means that they won’t pass on anything that you have told them, even if you are under 16, unless they think you are in serious danger.

There to help, not to judge
All staff working in 4YP services are there to help you not to judge you.

You will be treated with respect. You can bring a friend along with you.

Open to all
4YP is for everyone under 25, no matter what your background, or whether you're heterosexual, gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender.

Young people in Bristol have led the design and creation of  4YP.

Monitoring 4YP services

All 4YP services will be 'mystery shopped' by young people to ensure that they meet the 4YP standards that keep them young people friendly.
